I have had one session so far and I would be happy to provide an update once I have finished my treatments. Not once did she take out her phone, she spent the entire session sharing her knowledge with me and answering my millions of questions. - I even asked her how this technique differed from traditional lymphatic drainage massages and why this technique was so important for recovery. She didn’t skip a beat giving me all the details and sharing her 20+ years of experience with me. After my first session I felt like a new person, to be honest I never really understood lymphatic drainage massages, just thought they were a new diet culture fad but I’m definitely a believer now, my swelling had noticeably reduced and I felt so much better!
