While I waited we talked about going to Dodgers games and the best part they gave me a fancy envelope and sent my mail free of charge. “So I was afraid of the negative rewievs about this post office. Here's my case: I accidentally gave wrong house number for two sellers and the packages had no such number/return to sender warning on the tracking page. I came here -closest post office- assuming that they bring it here. The lady told me that they don't even bring them here and immediately called someone and after 3-4 min. talking she said I can pick them up after 2pm. I came next morning she was very sweet and my packages are right here in my hand. 5 stars!”

“I have a package of souvenirs from Iceland but the souvenirs shop missed spelled my address so the package was not deliverable. I went to a couple of post offices and one person told me to talk to the supervisor Kris at this location if anyone can find a package it will be her! I went in and spoke to Kris this morning, she took down the info and looked into it and let me know that they don't have the package in her facility but will contact me if it surfaces. I went home and got a call from Kris and letting me know she spoke to the carrier and still cannot locate my package but gave me suggestion to put in a package interception request, even though unfortunately it only works for domestic shipment and not mine but Kris was so helpful and patience and really take my request seriously and want to locate my package for me. If anyone who lives in DTLA and need to look for something, please contact Kris at this USPS office. She is golden!”

“I have been a patient at L. A. County Northeast Mental Health Center since 1991, long before there were guards at the front door checking for weapons. I feel that the level of care at this clinic is excellent. I never have a long wait to see my doctor at an appointment. People who have worked here have helped me in many different ways, even helping me to get Social Security disability benefits when I needed them.This clinic is very important to me and I am looking forward to going to their new facility in Lincoln Heights soon. The Lincoln Heights offices are now open. It is a good location.”

“Fantastic Persian food. I used to eat here weekly for years when I worked nearby. Unfortunately I hadn't stopped in since just before Covid, so two years later I bring my family before a concert, and they didn't miss a beat. We sat down and were served immediately, food came out quick, food looked and tasted great, the servers were awesome. We had some nice conversations with the staff, I was given the bill immediately after I asked, and was able to pay quick and get out! Being near the airport and numerous stadiums, they know to serve quick and not keeping people sitting unnecessarily. No need to resort to a fast food establishment, if places like this know to not keep you waiting. The one and only downside is the parking. Its limited some days due to limited spots in the parking lot, and street sweeping in the side streets...but we'll worth the effort to get a table here. See you guys soon!”

“I relocated from Texas here too cali and yes they are very rude, I wanted too purchase a po box, called the voters registration office and was informed I could use the top card that had my name address and voters number, well the girl at the window asked the supervisor and said I said no you have too have the voters card, I'm like ma'am the voters register said I could and she is on the phone, she argued with the the register , so i got back on the phone and the lady said that they will be reported , I had too let my daughter purchase the box for me then I paid 108 dollars for a box so small I don't even think large mail could fit, but yes they definitely need too be replaced, the mail carrier also when he delivered my daughter package I ordered for her he placed it on the top of the mail boxes in her apt complex and someone took the package and it said deliver too the person and they sign and show theirID, it was dresses that cost 250 dollars now their being replaced by the company but they have too pay the company,back but told the company that it was delivered but how they got caught in the lie was because no signature and no picture , i reported too the post master and nothing was done too the post man about it,,Amen”
