“Best boutique hotel I've ever stayed at! So very clean, quiet and safe. Location is just 7 minutes from Universal studios. Parking is free in it's own covered garage next to my bungalow (fit a suburban), with the gate closing at midnight for security. Service was exceptional by all staff involved. Will be my go to the next time in the area. Muffins and oatmeal for breakfast every morning. Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate are available as well. Walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores.”

“This apartment complex was the perfect fit for me when I moved to this state in February 2022. The management team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable when showing me the various floor plans offered at this location. The custodial and maintenance staff are dedicated in maintaining the property with the highest regard to curb appeal and are fast and efficient in remedying maintenance issues! The entire staff makes themselves available to help assist in making your home, your castle. The best part of this property is that the have a Team that welcomes you whenever they see you and call you by name......a great place to call home!”

However, the surrounding area may be a culture shock for some, but if you get over it you may be able to find some quality, cheap, and flavorful foods that will make your taste buds sing the maricha! “On our recent trip to California to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, we were searching for budget-friendly accommodations with parking. We discovered the BLVD Hotel & Spa and decided to book a room for one night. Upon arrival, we parked our car in their lot and proceeded to check in to our room. Our hotel room was located on the second floor. One of the things I appreciated about the hotel was the motivational quotes displayed on the walls. The room itself was tidy, peaceful, and equipped with all the essentials one might need for a comfortable stay. The hotel pool and gym have limited hours, but the gym has all the necessary equipment for a workout. If you're in need of a quick breakfast, the lobby offers coffee, tea, and packaged breakfast options at reasonable prices. One of the best things about this hotel is its prime location, just a short walk from Universal Studios. Additionally, the shower head provides multiple options and allows guests to adjust water pressure to their preference. Furthermore, the cost for overnight parking at the hotel is only $30, which is significantly cheaper than nearby parking options and garages. Overall, the hotel was a great fit for our needs.”

“For the price this place is quite a good deal. It's cheaper than most other hotels around it! The rooms come with a mini fridge, free HBO (Roku), free Wi-Fi, a remote for the air conditioner, and a table + chairs. The downside is there's no hair dryer in the bathroom and the ice machine wasn't working when I visited. The location isn't the best, but it's definitely a solid hotel for the price.”
