“There is nothing else on the market that is as well designed and adaptable to almost all awning systems. I had the opportunity to go to the Quartzite (Az) RV show in January 2024, and meet the husband and wife team behind this great product. Justin and Shaundra are wonderful people and very friendly . I got an incredible deal from them and they were very generous with their time and help. As a career mechanical systems engineer, there’s really nothing I would change about the system. They chose to use quality materials and components which will certainly last a lifetime. The system was super easy to set up and get your awnings secure. My family spends a lot of time dry camping both in the Sand Dunes and Desert settings where often winds are unpredictable. Knowing that the system is in place, you don’t have to worry if you go away for a few hours, and a mild wind comes up. Without this system, I was always nervous about leaving my awnings out if I decided to go away for a few hours or a half a day trip. Leaving the awnings out to shade the RV is ideal, but if a wind comes up, it’s not worth it. Implementing this system will take all those concerns away. Of course, if you anticipate a big storm system with high winds are forecasted coming, I think anyone would recommend to put your awnings in. My tip for installing the pole bracket to the awning arms is a follows. I had three awning on my 45 TH. I measured the available space near the end of the arm to mount the bracket and made a cardboard drill template that reference the end of the arm and wrapped/taped to the arms. I used a step drill bit that does a nice job piloting the holes and then opens it up to the required size. I bought a 4th pole set for another RV that I just purchased and will pick-up in 3 months.”

“My late mom lived there for about 7 yrs & while she wasn't crazy about the other residents( they weren't her "Type" i.e,people from Brooklyn & The NYC area.) She still had a nice life there. It's in a decent area that's within walking distance to Ralph's Market, restaurants & coffee shops & she would frequently walk to them. There were some staff that could use more training,but overall they're caring & look out for the residents. Emmie was my mom's favorite & was especially attentive to my mother's needs so overall I recommend this facility..”

“Came here for the first time. No sit down just walk up window or to drive through ordering. Tacos are pricey now a days. This restaurants tacos are $2. 89. This restaurant has a pretty good taco combo plate with 3 tacos your choice meat, side of beans and rice and a drink. Hits the spot. Delicious tacos beans rice everything was tasty and pretty delicious good quality to my surprise. What I found with so many brick and mortar tacos places is there is mass production which skimps on quality and freshness. That was not the case here. The service is top notch. The guy that helped us was super energetic and friendly. Another quality that is lacking at taco places whether it's a taco stand or brick n mortar. Highly recommend.”

My husband and I checked out almost every school in the west hills and surrounding areas and as soon as we walked into the early beginning Montessori we knew this is where we wanted to send our daughter. We enrolled her at 3 years old and she’s now 4. The teachers are absolutely amazing!! It’s the cleanest preschool out of all the schools we checked out and my daughter just loves it there and my husband and I are so impressed with our daughters achievements .
