“We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself. Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. “As a small business owner, reliability and being punctual is a rare but precious quality that we seek in vendors and technicians. Needless to say, this year was extremely difficult for small business owners. So when LA County finally allowed our operations to resume we had very short turnaround time. This is when we discovered that our Boiler wasn't functioning properly. I called multiple vendors and specialists, but decided to go with Jason from A O Dowd Plumbing because of the way he went about asking me what the issue and problems I was experiencing in trying to diagnose the situation over the phone. Most other competitors were more interested in making sure you know their rates and how this is considered overtime. As a business owner, I am as skeptical and jaded as they come unfortunately due to the numerous times of let downs, price gauging, and simply dealing with "call centers" than actual technicians. So I took a chance with Jason. Although he had other jobs prior to ours; he understood the urgency of our situation and sympathetic to the fact that we're just a small business barely trying to hang on while LA County wreck havoc with abrupt opening/closing policies. He scheduled our job for the early evening since he knew we needed our boiler to be fixed in order to get opened. He did a great job communicating when he was about to head over outside of LA County and the time frame to expect him. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the situation and presented the potential solutions along with the price quote. I highly recommend Jason because not only was he very professional but he was very transparent in how he was going to present potential solutions in tackling the problem. He did wonders in getting our very old but still solid boiler up and running in a couple hours. He definitely saved the day for us.”

“In 2004, Mauro Monteiro and his Infiniti Contracting Carpentry Management group completely renovated my one bedroom co-op apartment. This involved doing a complete replacement of the kitchen and bathroom as well as building bookcases in the living room. He helped me pick out the tiles for both rooms, the colors of wall paint throughout the apartment and new lighting throughout the apartment. I was extremely pleased about the end result. Eleven years later, I called Mauro and said I wanted to make a few changes/updates to the apartment. This involved replacing the kitchen floor tiles, repairing some damaged tiles in the bathroom, repainting the entire apartment and updating the lighting in the dining area. Mauro had a lot of patience and took me to various vendors to look at a variety of tiles so that we could find the ones that I wanted in my apartment. He took me to several lighting stores in NYC until we found the lighting fixture that I liked. Mauro’s team were terrific. They did a wonderful job on all aspects, were very careful to ensure that every thing was done to my needs and likes. They carefully cleaned up each day.
