“I have worked out at a lot of places over the years, and this place has everyone beat. I just started a week ago and love it! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and caring. I had a soccer injury in 2006 and my knee, hip, and back have been bad for years. I have had 2 knee surgeries and need a hip replacement, which I will not do. They modify the workouts for me so I can get into shape without it hurting my injuries. For the first time in years, I know I can do this and will finally get into the shape I have been longing to be in. From the first moment you walk into the door you will feel like family.”
