(July 31, 2015, 6:41 pm)Katia, made my daughter and I feel welcomed and secure. My daughter has never done Pilates and did not want to go, by the time we were done my daughter wanted to go back. I did Pilates many years ago and had high expectations. Katia far exceeding my expectations she was professional, warm and educating. I really enjoyed my time and look forward to going back.

She is a very enthusiastic and positive person, always with a encouraging smile that makes our painful exercises very easy. I really recommend Equilibrium Pilates Studio!
