I went by to see what my options were and one of the gentlemen there took a quick look. He noted that a hose seemed loose. I literally took it home and put a zip tie around the hose (it's an older car and a new hose is not available). The next day my code was cleared and it passed smog! “This office is the BEST ! I have tremendously bad anxiety ( especially after not seeing the dentist in years due to Covid & having high standards ) . The whole staff gave nothing but loving vibes . The Entire office is clean as can be ; like white glove clean ; no dust lying around as I’ve seen in other offices ( which made me walk in & leave other offices ! If the office can’t clean the office space & back rooms why should I trust them cleaning my mouth ? ) . I did not have to wait around for hours like other offices. ( it was less than 10 minutes or so filling out paperwork ) My biggest fear was getting purposely botched. I read hours & hours of reviews at each dental office only finding someone getting botched & ripped off. I did not have to worry about that here. The office has coffee , water & Tvs in the waiting room & back rooms. I watched 50 first dates as I got a deep cleaning done with a couple cavities & time flew by. I got my Hollywood smile back & I couldn’t be more thankful. The office is on the corner of the building on Towne Center Dr & the famous route 66 foothill Blvd . The location couldn’t get any better. There’s even a kids fitness center across the way in the same parking lot if you have any kids. It’s across from the Shell gas Station & AAA Auto club . Parking is free & there’s plenty of parking spaces; Talk about convenience. If they’re not interested in that ; the dental office had Lilo & Stitch playing in the waiting room. There’s all kinds of other things to do if you have family/ people waiting for you in the area .. I haven’t been this happy in years ! Thank you for giving me confidence & my smile back .”

“I’d like to share details of another recent happy experience with Upscale Audio. In the last two months I’ve bought Manley Labs Chinook Special Edition MKII phono stage, Hana ML MC phono cartridge and Pangea Audio Vulcan Turntable stand with vinyl records storage for my secondary system upstairs to complement KEF LS60 active speakers with two KFC62 subs in stereo configuration and NOS Yamaha PF-800 turntable. In my primary system I have SME 20/3 turntable with Hana Red MC cartridge (another happy purchase from Upscale Audio), Manley Labs Steelhead RC phono stage, McIntosh amplification and DAC, and Room correction unit with Sonus Faber Guarneri Evolution speakers and two JL Audio Fathom f112v2 subwoofers in stereo configuration. I have collection of about 5000 LPs with mostly jazz, classical and progressive rock music. Building my upstairs system, I have relied on the advice of Upscale Audio consultant Richard O'Neill. Richard has paid attention to my needs, asked multiple questions regarding my expectations, listening preferences and the equipment I already had. Long story short: I just LOVE the combination of Manley Labs Chinook Special Edition MKII and Hana ML MC phono cartridge! The cartridge setup has not been complicated, I just readjusted it after 100 HRs and found that load of 125 Om with end of the arm set just a bit higher from cartridge body being parallel to the LP brought everything in the focus. What is most important – I don’t feel like my second setup is lacking in comparison to the much more expensive primary system. Yes, the music is not coming from totally black background (Yamaha vs SME tables), but the overall sonic signature Chinook + Hana ML vs Manley Steelhead + Hana Red is similar. Hana ML is an amazing cartridge for the money – detailed, fast, good tracker with great channels separation. Chinook Special Edition MKII phono stage is an outstanding phono stage for the money, closely resembling the 3 times more expensive Manley Steelhead. MKII option +65Db is especially useful for low output MC cartridges – and it’s deadly quiet! No typical tube sound here – details, dynamics, low noise and just a little bit of nice warm are all there. With Hana ML and Chinook, the soundstage is wide and three dimensional, with the instruments positions firmly defineded in the space. Amazing combination! What distinguishes Upscale Audio from other dealers I happen to work with is their consultant’s attention to customer’s needs, I had never experienced any attempts to upsell - just a list of the possible options in my price range. “I came to this Ross to look for some shoes for my boys and their inventory was on the low side. I've been here a couple times in the past and it just seems to not be well stocked. Now in regards to covid-19 measures employees as well as customers must wear a mask at all times. They also keep count of how many people come in and out. When waiting in line there are markers on the floor to maintain proper distancing. Overall the place was not crowded at all.”
