We were very pleased with Plumber Johnny who came out today. He actually answered the phone and they were able to get to us same day within a couple hours. We were given a 3 hour window and we were notified when Johnny would arrive in about 30 minutes. There is a $49 serve charge, but it applies to any work you have done. We knew we'd have work done since there was a leak that we couldn't fix ourselves. Johnny identified the problem immediately and told us we'd have the same problem eventually with our other toilets due to the piping being the original builder bad products. We went ahead and got an estimate to change out all the toilets plumbing from the wall to the toilet and he had all the parts to get started right away. He was courteous and professional and even looked at something else to make sure we didn't have other plumbing troubles. He said we were good for now with that and didn't need fixing right now. We don't really know if we were charged a fair price as none of the other companies answered their phones or called back in a timely manner for our water leaking situation. It needed to be addressed immediately. Not next week. Thank you for the best service

Just had John the plumber here and he unclogged my kitchen sink that another plumber this morning said couldn't be unclogged. The other plumber gave me a price to replace the pipe. My neighbor told me to call out John who they had come out for their leaky shower before. Anyway, he came out and found an opening to use his machine and unclog it. He went underneath the house to check the pipe condition and said it was fine. Totally honest and polite. Definitely recommend!

Plumber Downey, Downey plumbing that’s what I googled today and so lucky and so fortunate that I found this company absolutely perfect service Plumber Johnny came out on time call the head found a leak under my sink which I could not find for my life he gave me an upfront price to replace a few pipes I approved it he went to his van replaced all the parts that I needed tested everything in front of me stopped the leak’s looks like new absolute leave 10 star service highly recommend and what do use again
