“It's a nice church. It's been around for a long time (it used to be a church and elementary school but now the school is gone {although there is a small playground}). It adds a lot to the community and really feels like a big family. Both the pastor and the members are friendly and accepting. They have lots of activities too, to bring the congregation together even more: an annual fall boutique, camping trips, petal pushing (decorating a Rose parade float), etc. The pews are comfortable and the sermons are always on-point. There are also smaller groups within the church that you can join: choir, handbell choir, quartet, women's group, etc. It has enough parking and 2 murals painted by the pastor himself (he's an artist doing the Lord's work). If you are looking for a Protestant place to belong; St John's is the place for you! :)”
