Service personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. They had the experience, equipment and knowledge to efficiently analyze the problem systematically and resolve the matter.

The customer service representative (Oscar) was very professional and explained everything so I could understand. The only concern is the prices were much higher than the Mercedes dealer which is unusual because most customers go to outside services because they are less expensive.

Professionally operated facility. I appreciated the process of making an appointment, reception upon arrival, efficiency of checking in and coverage of the work on my car, timely manner of maintenance and explanation of work accomplished. I give them a ten. Thank you.
