I'm updating this review to say that I am very pleased with the way upper management at Western ended up handling my complaint about my ruined mattresses. I got a call from Mr. Allan Arman - Regional Director for So Cal. personally apologizing for my grievance and making things right by replacing my kid's mattresses. Mr. Michael Keiser, District Manager for Carson area, personally took the time to call me and find out exactly what I needed, and then hand deliver the mattresses to my home. This ladies and gentleman is, Exceptional Customer Service. You went above and beyond to make things right for me and my family. Furthermore, your taking the right steps to ensure this doesn't happen again by educating your contractors to the correct protocol to follow when issues such as this arise.
