“This was our first time at a HomeGoods. We were really in the area for the store next door but they were closed so we went into this store. The store is nicely organized and have a lot of stuff. We were looking for wedding stuff and just browsing around. Some of the wedding stuff we saw here, we might come back and get it but we're in no rush. They also had some Christmas stuff in the back area where the clearance items are.”

“Top notch customer service! When my mom got to the point where she couldn't stand up on her own, We ordered a cheap lift chair from Amazon. It was the wrong size. It didn't lay all the way down. It just didn't do the job. Then after all that hassle of shipping it back, I visited Electropeadic Bed/the Kraus Chair Store to get her a lift chair. Antoinette was wonderful and helped me pick the right one. They even delivered a loner until our special order chair was delivered. Unfortunately, before the final delivery my mom took a turn for the worse and ended up in a nursing home. Antoinette processed the refund with no problem. She was so supportive through the whole process. I would strongly recommend Kraus Chair Store and would definitely shop their in the future!”

“A nice experience shopping for Christmas lights which were 50% off regular price. Store was somewhat empty yet it was 7pm on a Sunday night so it's great dealing not with a big crowd of shoppers. Parking easy since it's a huge shared parking lot in the Empire center located in Burbank.”
