“Recently remodeled rooms are very cozy..owners are amazing and make sure you get anything you need. I was here with my son and they made sure we stayed safe. Even called the police on my cousin visiting after work..which means they keep good watch over their rooms. Would definitely suggest to rent a room here.”

“RV camping is OK. Full service for $35 under a shade tree. You don’t need a reservation, just show up and go to where the little Google maps locator is. That’s about where the camp host is. If it’s during the week, the office is in gate F and straightahead. We were here for two nights due to the wind. We got to watch the 4Her’s with their goats, and we would’ve had a car race except for the wind. Oh, and there was the flea market Saturday morning. The entrance F is at the top left. The blue dot is the registration office, and the red dot at the bottom left is the camp host.”

“If you're looking for a budget place that is clean & staff are super friendly than this place is for you. Fridge & microwave in the room. Neighbors are also very friendly. Had a roof rack full of camping gear & there were no problems. If you want to know what makes the rooms 'romantic' then wait till dark & turn off the lights and look up. The ceiling has stars that can't be seen during the day. It looks VERY cool. Would stay here again. Corner store a block away - food beer spirits cigs etc. Fast food 3 blocks away. Costco 3 blocks away. Good location good price GREAT STAFF.”

Large, spacious, with super modern amenities such as granite, touch-to-light mirrors, and both room glass walls that automatically change to semi transparent frosted glass for privacy when you turn the lights on. Super clean and the staff was amazing! If there is something they could do better, I can’t think of it. Thank you Tachi’ Palace for making my birthday an amazing experience.”

“A very warm low 80s for end of October! A good campground to overnight or for a couple of days at $28/night. We had FHU on a concrete pad. Everything is gravel or pea gravel and pull throughs. We had CG WiFi, good Verizon, and a bunch of OTA TV channels. During working hours, use the truck gate when you turn off CA 198 at the main gate. Every site has its own garbage can. My only complaint has to do with the check in process. I made the reservation using the toll free number, and the agent couldn't tell me my site number. We tried calling an hour before our arrival, but all we got was the answering machine. So we pulled into the park figuring the MWR folks would tell us at the office. However, there is no office at the campground, and they currently don't have a host. There was no map or directions to tell us where the office is, and no bulletin board or announcement posted as to our site number. We called the MWR number on the welcome sign again, and you guessed it, got the answering machine. Luckily, another camper told us where the MWR office was. We dropped the Jeep and went to the office, and there are 3 ladies there. You think one would be able to answer the phone! I'd say it was a one off situation except the exact same thing happened the next day, except this time I was the guy telling the arrival where to go. Dog park, golf driving range adjacent to campground. McDonald's a short walk away, but drive through only.”

“Clean, comfortable motel that was perfect for my short visit to the area. Manager was extremely personable and professional. I will stay here again the next time I need to be in this area. Great bed and shower. Perfect desk and chair for a few hours of laptop work. I stayed in room #101.”

“The lodge was a fabulous lodge. Cheap and you get everything you can possibly want. The WiFi was great, the beds were great, air conditioning was awesome. The microwave, fridge, and coffee maker were all simple and easy to use. The pool was decently sized. Only complaints were the TV did not work and did not have signal. Also, I don't remember if the carpets can be vacuumed or not but I would certainly recommend it because I kept sneezing while I was there but then I felt better later on. There is also little to no water pressure in the shower so it was difficult to take a quick shower. Overall, it's a great lodge and I certainly come back again😁.”

“Stopped here last minute. Room was nice, nothing fancy but seemed clean. The man who checked us in was older and very nice. The guy at night was very nice and gave us some bottles of water. The lady who checked us out seemed a little overwhelmed. I would give it 5 stars if the beds were a little softer.”
