After visiting a couple of mechanic shops, I received exorbitant quotes for either rebuilding my differential or purchasing a used one from a parts store like All American. Fortunately, I contacted All American and they had a differential in stock with low mileage, at a much lower cost compared to the mechanics' quotes for higher mileage differentials. “These guys came through with tops quality parts after TPI dropped the ball with incorrect parts and inaccurate manuals; Trans star knew exactly the components needed for my application and had the correct parts in stock. Luckily I’m just a home mechanic and not a shop otherwise TPI would’ve cost me big money. Trans star is the way to go. These guys also supply parts to most of the high dollar repackaged kits you find online that the resellers are charging 3x the $$$ for.”
