“Started with Pool Chlor when we bought a house with a pool they had already been servicing. Their first visit they explained different pool care details, made suggestions and helped me understand how to safely handle the equipment, no charge. When I needed to do maintenance on my filter I had them do it but I wanted to observe so I could learn. The technician was more than willing to answer all my questions, explain what he was doing and give me great info for next time. He helped me realize I didn't need to replace my vacuum, just a few parts that he had right on his truck. They visit twice a month and even if I have to call the office I get great service and help. I trust them entirely, they call before coming if I ask and they always make sure the gates are closed in my yard to ensure our home is secure. Glad we got connected with them.”
