Made a mistake when creating a shipping label for an urgent package the other week and realized the label had the wrong shipping address!! The worst part was the package wasn't dropped off at the shipping facility, it was dropped off at a business awaiting pick up for later in the day. I called the company Stor It Storage & Business Center and was very fortunate to have been helped by an on site representative named Megan. Megan provided me with an email address to send a revised label, after confirming the details stated on the original label. She was able to correct my mistake and made sure a surgery case went through without issue. I truly appreciate her efforts and hope she is acknowledged at the Clovis facility.

Best place in Fresno for your safety minded storage needs. Place is like it's own little city. Very convenient conference rooms available for use as well as a little break area for snacks and drinks. Customer service there is always top notch. These folks make storage look good.

We were looking for an indoor, well-maintained, and reliable storage unit and this one came highly recommended from a friend and she was right! The staff was so kind and helpful, going as far as to drive us out to the storage unit to check it out before signing documents and making sure we were all set up.
It’s a great price, extremely clean, great find!
