“A billion stars for this vet. My 15 year old husky, Heidi, was on her way to the rainbow bridge today. The vet was getting ready to close but they remained open to help Heidi across the rainbow bridge. The staff remained to help and the owner herself helped bring Heidi into the vet and helped her pass. The staff is very loving, sweet, kind, and amazing. You can't go wrong bringing your fur baby to them. The owner gives very good and comforting hugs.”

“Been here a few times now. I think I decided it'll be my regular veterinary clinic. Others in area can never give me an appointment in a timely manner and this place always has. The technicians have always been good with my dogs and I like how they bring an estimate of the prices of services so you can pick what you can afford and work with it. Sometimes you need to do services piece-by-piece due to budget. They get that.”

“This vet clinic is absolutely amazing! We had to put our dog down recently due to some issues he was having with an autoimmune issue as a puppy. They treated him for this as well and he was able to live a longer life but it already affected this joints and back so much. The staff showed so much compassion to me and my dad as we put him to sleep and gave us as much time as we needed. I truly appreciate how much the people here care about animals which I feel is ironically hard to find with a lot of vet clinics. Thank you guys for all the love and compassion you gave Duke! 💕”

“I had to bring my kitty on a Sunday for an emergency visit. I live in Citrus Heights and every single place I called closer to my house had a minimum 3 hour wait. I called Insight and they said at the time it was an hour wait, which was fantastic bc I also had my 3 kids with me. The office is modern and very, very clean with a large waiting area. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Within 20 minutes of arriving, a tech came to the waiting area, asked me the important questions, and took my kitty to see the vet. The vet came out shortly, explained what was going on with her and the typical tests done for this, but since he had a good idea of what the problem was and it was a first for her, he suggested the least costly option which I very much appreciated. He had an amazing bedside manner and is clearly a cat person! I was so impressed with this place that I filled out the paperwork to become a patient there for all my cats (I have 4).”

“The two Dr. Garden’s, a husband and wife team, have been working effectively together caring for our two pets for a number of years. Rossi our cat since they purchased the practice from Dr. Strohauer (2012?) and LuLu our dog since 2018. I appreciate they take the time to explain in detail the cause and effects of various health factors that affect our pets lives.
