“After a big storm we noticed not one, but two roof leaks running down through our ceilings, walls and onto our floors. We called our insurance company and they told us that we were on our own for finding a roofing contractor to repair. I went online and started what seemed like a parade of contractors coming out for estimates. The difference in attitude, professionalism, and willingness was eye-opening. After fielding over 10 different estimates and interacting with these contractors only one contractor took the time to investigate and find and take a picture of the actual holes I had in my roof.
