(August 17, 2018, 7:19 pm)Franks Tract is a great place to go boating and fishing. It is a unique body of water with an interesting history. Check out the top deck at the Sugarbarge for a great view of Franks. The Rusty Porthole is also a fun spot to eat and drink and admire the scenery.
