Lucid Vitality

The Saturday morning Serenity class is the perfect way to shake off the stress of the work week !

Started attending Lucid Vitality in August. Love the small class groups and members. Love that I can work out hard with hiit fused and next day stretch it out with a mobility class. Feels more like family atmosphere than a cold gym. They keep me motivated.

I had been going to the gym for quite some time now, I was starting to lack on the motivation of pushing my self in doing the workout or was stuck in the same routine. I felt I needed something more than what the gym had for me. The program from soul-sourge was presented and explained to me. I found it interesting, something different something new. I started with the classes of the weekend it was an early one, drop-in. I said man really I have to wake up early in days that I can sleep in! I figured I would give it a try, so I did hoping that I would get good outcome out of it in exchange of sleep. The workout was intense but fun, enjoyed the people who were coming for the same reason to learn and experience different ways you can help your body mentally and physical. I still keep coming to the classes and every time is something new and different. The instructor is awesome he will let you know and teach you the proper ways of doing each movement, so that you can gain from it, not hurt your self by doing it. Now I am hooked on the workout and started to attend during the week program. They might seems easy at first, but the body recognize and tells you all about for a few days. I recommend this program even to my co-worker and they have loved it as well. Thank you soul-sourge team!
