“One of my kitchen lights wasn’t turning on. I was thinking it might be the ballast. I called another business first and they sent out a technician who refused to check if it was the ballast and proceeded to tell me that I need to redo my wiring and change my light fixtures to the tune of $8K. Then charged me $89 for the “service call”. No thanks. I called Kevin next and told him what I needed. He came to the house the next day, changed the ballast and had my lights working again! He didn’t talk down to me, explained things clearly when asked and did the job efficiently. I now have plans of having him work on my garage to add more lighting and later on, add lighting in my backyard too. I highly recommend Kevin!”
