My Danville home's guest bathroom's toilet had a large leak. After I called Alex, he came to inspect it on the same day and recommended replacing it because it was located below a vanity extension with too narrow a gap in between so that the toilet would have to be taken out before the bulky "ecoflush" system could be replaced, hence repairing it would make no sense economically. Among the available toilets at Home Depot that could fit into the tight space, Alex considerately recommended one with easier access to tank components so that I would be able to replace parts by myself in the future. Although Alex was already fully booked for the next day, since a guest was arriving in two days, Alex kindly agreed to add this as the last job of the next day and came in the evening for toilet replacement plus a minor sprinkler job.
