“I'm one of those people who don't write reviews but there is always the exception and this is mine. When I first started medicare I researched the information available, talked to several agencies and made my choices based on their input and knowledge. But little did I know!! Joe sends valuable updates via email during the year that keeps me informed on medicare issues. When renewal time comes Joe reaches out and we set a meeting to go over my current needs and any changes I may have had during that year. We review my policies to make sure they still meet my needs. I learned my Medicare lesson... No matter how easy it looks or you think it is, it isn't! I went from having the worst medicare experience to knowing I never have to worry again. “This is a great place to visit if you want to learn about the natural history of the area surrounding Los Vaqueros reservoir. The staff is super-helpful with young kids and they have updated information about the hiking trails that start from the north end of the lake. Don't head out on the trail without getting the latest info or you may find your destination is off-limits during seasonal closures for mating season.”
