“Good hotel. Rooms are recently renovated. Minus a star because you can hear the neighbors TV through the adjoining door. There was a dangerous hair dryer plug that I left out with a note to remove from the rooms. Hopefully it is replaced and doesn't shock any future guests. Just be aware that ride shares to airport cancel/aren't available. No shuttle to airports but they recommended a taxi service with no reviews online (questionable...). I found a local taxi service which I would recommend.”

“Very accommodating staff; my trip details changed multiple times during my stay and it was very simple to adjust my dates. Rooms are well appointed with a full kitchen and living area separate from the bedroom. Free breakfast wasn't fancy but was quality and we'll stocked. Good mixers in the evening with drinks and snacks provided.”

“The staff here is super-helpful and nice. Full hookups, reasonable price, conveniently located near downtown Pleasanton with all the shopping that everyone raves about. Bathrooms, showers and laundry room are all kept very clean, but could use a good renovation. Still deserves 5 stars because places like this are tough to find in the Bay Area.”
