Even the technician Ruben came out to greet me and let me know that although he had one car he was finishing and it was nearing lunch time he was going to get my car done for me before then. Although I told him it’s okay to take his lunch and I understand he went above and beyond and made sure I had my vehicle before then. The facility was clean and I really enjoyed the coffee machine in the waiting area even the couches there were really nice and comfortable. I was barely finishing my coffee when Ace came to personally let me know the car was ready. I will 100% make stoneridge my go to dealership for service now.”

“This was my very first time visiting M and N Auto Repair. I took my classic 1972 Mercedes 280 SEL 4.5 to George at M and N to have my brakes inspected and to have him look at the air conditioning that was not blowing cold. If you presently own or have had a classic car in the past, you know these are common problems that more often than not do not come without an easy solution due to parts availability, or lack of technician experience. So I didn't bring him an easy one! The first thing I noticed about the shop was just how clean and organized everything was. It seems lately that a lot of owner / operator auto repair facilities look pretty much like they're having a yard sale when you go out to the service bay areas. Not at M and N... Needless to say this made my comfort level go way up. I was also preparing myself to be told it would be thousands of dollars and no guarantees.. however I was very pleasantly surprised!! George was awesome! He was able to locate all the parts needed for the rear brakes on the car, and found them at a very reasonable price. He then spent hours scouring parts houses to find the correct fit and best value for what was needed on the front brakes, and showed me a couple of small clips that had become dislodged, and lent to the issues I was experiencing. He also determined that I did not need a complete front brake job, but with some clean up and new pads that would do the trick! He even gave me the info needed to get the new front brake parts in the future should I want to have them on hand due to limited availability. Then came the A/C, and I just assumed I was toast (Pardon the Pun)... I figured this issue had the potential to be an extremely expensive fix. George was able to trouble shoot the problem right there on the spot, and found that one of the small valves had what appeared to be a pinhole leak. He replaced the part, charged it accordingly, and that was it! No expensive fix, the A/C now blows blisteringly cold, and I could not be happier! I think in the end with a classic car like this, a lot of shops may have the potential to throw you over the coals and maybe increase the invoice amount, or then try and upsell you on services not really needed. It was very clear to me that George does not operate that way... He is about honest work, fair prices and obviously long term relationships with his customers. Pretty rare these days.... I will definitely be back, and I would very highly recommend you check M an N out next time your car needs any service work performed! 5-STARS!!”

“My Chevy Equinox was giving some problem. The RPM needle was not consistent and the engine was not revving up as desired and was giving jerks while running. It all happened after the vehicle got serviced a week ago. I called up the dealership and they gave me an appointment a week later. I could not do without the car so I just walked to Pleasanton Auto Tech and met with Ed. He asked me to drop the vehicle and that if he gets time in a day then he will check the problem. I left my car and to my surprise he gave me a call in the next two hours and told me that the car was fixed and I can pick it up. I went to pick up the car and asked him about how much I owe him? And he said “Nothing” as there’s only one pipe which was loose and his technician tighten it up, that’s it. 😊 I was really touched with his gesture and honesty. We then spent about 30 minutes chit chatting. They have a really good setup with super experienced technicians around. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you so much Ed and team! 😊👍”

I provided the fobs myself as Dodge couldn’t get the ones I needed until wednesday and I found them on Amazon for overnight delivery. Dodge got me in first thing Monday morning, which was impressive considering that I called them on Saturday afternoon! I almost never use the dealership for work on my vehicles because of what I feel is over pricing big time. But in this case I was stuck having to use them because my one and only key fob was destroyed by my dog!! But the price was fair and the service got done right. So good job this time to Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler down there! The only reason its four stars is because I brought it in at 9am and it took the whole day to get it back. But I never expect to get my vehicle back quickly at any shop I take it to. So again, over all, I am very pleased with this service they performed for me. Mike”

“The mechanics you can trust! I have recently moved to the area and brought one of my cars to R&C auto repair for A/C diagnostic and repair. They refilled the refrigerant and did not charge me for the diagnostics. A/C has been freezing cold since. The very pleasant experience I had made me bring my other German car that had a check engine light and the authorized dealership could not figure out after charging me $1200 for carbon cleaning, a repair that I never needed on a brand new intake manifold. R&C mechanics worked on the car for several hours and it ended up that there is a tiny hole in one of the pistons, meaning the engine was gone. They did not even charge me for the engine diagnostic! I was indeed sad to learn about the engine failure, but was very surprised to see that such honest mechanics are still around. R&C auto repair is the shop you can trust. Thank you guys and please keep up the great service you are offering to the community.”
