“Richard at Rabalais is a gem!! Honest, diligent, knowledgeable. My A/C went out and my home warranty company referred me to Rabalais. Richard came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and then, even though he didn't have to--he could have just left it to the warranty company to take their time about it--he found the part I needed, contacted the warranty company on my behalf, and when they told him it would take them 3-5 business days to issue the PO for it, he refused to take no for an answer. He got that part in one day, came over and installed it the same day, was professional and polite even when I was hot and frustrated and at my wit's end. He is that rare thing nowadays: An honest craftsman who cares about his work and cares about his clients and knows how to get the job done. This was my first interaction with this company and they could not have been better or more admirably represented. I'm a single working mom. “If you want the job done right....then Ramon is your guy!! Ramon is awesome and such a professional. He installed 14 lights and 3 fans all in one day. He was extremely nice and was willing to take time to help explain something to me whenever I asked. He is a perfectionist and won't be like a lot of contractors who will only do the bare minimum. He even asked me if he could move the existing location of the living room fan because it was off center by a bit and would throw off the look of the recessed lights. I'm glade he did because it turned out great. I'm sure most guys wouldn't had even cared...but Ramon did. He made sure to cover his work area with plastic to limit the mess and at the end of the day you could hardly tell he had done any work. Gives these guys your business. You won't regret it!”
