“My husband and I worked with Kelly and her design team on several rooms in our Oakland house in 2019. The two of us were looking for a design style that would elevate our home while still maintaining a casual atmosphere. We have two dogs and knew we'd likely have a kid or two one day so wanted materials that could stand up to a variety of uses. Also, my husband tends to like minimalist designs while I prefer color and prints. Magically, Kelly and her team were able to capture our various requirements and wishes and now we have spaces that are both beautiful and livable! It's been a couple years since the work was completed and I still find myself admiring all the special touches as if I were seeing them for the first time! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kelly and I would definitely recommend her - I hope to work with her again someday!”

“An extremely cute record store inside a shipping container with an interesting, yet small, selection of mostly rock. It's small, but not to a fault; the records are curated carefully; the store layout is charming, airy, and accessible, even with multiple people in the shop. They do a good job curating the records. The lady there was extremely sweet and knowledgeable and was playing some great music on display. The prices are extremely affordable; one of the cheaper record stores, especially considering the records I bought are in high demand, somewhat rare, and good condition. They even have a small collection of cassette tapes. Will be returning. Highly recommend this quick stop which is close to an arcade and a couple of cafes.”

“Everyone can make soft tofu soup but not everyone can make it just right. This place makes it just right. I make the soup myself at home and I can match some Korean restaurants but not this one. A good Korean soft tofu soup has a complex taste. It has so many layers. The ratio for the amount of soup and tofu has to be perfect. The meat can’t steal the show. Here, even the containers are right. They will burn your fingers long after you have finished eating. If it is easier to find parking, I would definitely come more often.”

“This is Korean style Chinese food. The menu would look as if there are not many items on it like a normal Chinese restaurant but it's because it specializes in ZaZang Mien. There are many versions of this but Chef Yu's is pretty high on my list. All the other dishes is typical dishes that would go with the noodles. Enjoy.”

“Remy helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home together here in the East Bay. Given that we were completely new to the process we had a lot of questions, and Remy was outstanding throughout, answering everything we asked (super quickly) and giving us confidence that we had an expert on our side. At the start of the process we set up search parameters with Remy's online system and were easily able to browse and see when things came up we might be interested in. Remy was quickly able to set up viewings for us, and always offered useful perspective on the properties we saw, the pros/cons and on things he would do to improve it. He was never at all pushy, always gave an honest opinion (good and bad), and it was a pleasure to search with him. The first offer we put in, Remy took time to talk us through the disclosures package and gave us excellent advice on putting together a strong offer. The offer was accepted, we were thrilled and Remy was always on hand as we were going through the mortgage/escrow process. He helped us get in touch with an excellent mortgage broker who we worked with. Overall, we can't recommend Remy highly enough, he is a true professional, knows the market and the process inside out and is a personable, decent human to top it all off.”

“This is such a wonderful place to come for a killer workout! Though I joined only recently, I have loved every second of my workouts there. The trainers challenge and push you but at the same time are so motivating and encouraging. Everyone is diligent about having masks on and following COVID safety protocols, so I feel very safe coming here to work out. If you've never tried a 9round workout, I high recommend giving it a shot and visiting 9round on Telegraph!”

“I genuinely didn’t know Ramen could be this amazing. The patio is well design and the staff do a great job keeping things safe and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating while doing a good job keeping their space. But the real outstanding element of this place is the food. Mild spicy is perfect if you are a weakling like me. The eggs are perfectly cooked and the broth is the best I have ever had. You won’t be disappointed coming here in any respect.”
