“So, after discovering the unnerving evidence of a hole under my kitchen sink, followed by the culprit, a RAT in my kitchen, I was less than calm when calling Dan at Rodent Pro. He and his team were amazing. They came out the very next day to inspect and found quite an extensive collection of entry and crawl space holes that said rat and his family and friends had chewed through and were now in the process of taking over my home. After my visible "freak out", I am grateful to Gil for calming me down and talking me through everything. He explained that he would be coming with his team to address everything the following Monday (4 days later), and explained thoroughly the process of removal and proofing; including cost breakdown and the 3 year guarantee that his company provides. So, it is worth the cost. In this current 'Covid stay at home' state of affairs, if any of you have this issue in your homes, CALL THEM. They performed the extensive work in two days, and did a fantastic job. While I could go with a standard insulation company to replace the insulation that Dan and his team had to remove, these guys did such a great job that I am going to call on them again to re-insulate my attic. “Awesome!!!! One of the BEST zoos I've ever been too! The first, in fact. I used to live in Oakland and conveniently close to the zoo. Even now in Danville, a town in Contra Costa County, but along the border of Alameda County, I still live close, for it is on the other side of San Ramon and Castro Valley. I've always loved that zoo ever since I was little and I still love it now. Eleven years ago, I also attended a zoo camp program and LOVED IT!!!! I also love their cafe, gift shop, and the various attractions - including the train, one of the best parts of all! I strongly recommended this zoo to everyone - especially those that live in the East Bay. I also recommend this zoo to scientists, like myself, those that want the access to animals they don't usually get to encounter, those that love nature and being outdoors, and all Lion King fans, such as me!! Every time I've been to the Oakland Zoo, the place has also reminded me of the animal/nature films I grew up with such as Dumbo, The Jungle Book, and of course, The Lion King. I've been there many times with friends and I'm strongly hoping to get a job there someday. I've had so much experience with the Oakland Zoo and have loved it! Everyone there is treated like friends and family. It is a perfect place for others to spend time at and socialize, and also to hold events. If you need time to spend with lions, tigers, elephants, bears or other animals you don't get to be with everyday, come to the Oakland Zoo and see how awesome that zoo really is!”

“Megan has the knowledge, skills, and charisma that you want your real estate agent to have but on top of that when you start working with her, you found a friend and guardian in her. She is knowledgeable both in real estate and mortgage and pays attention to details. For example, from the start she made sure we understood the closing cost/ tax bases and other cost associated with purchase of a home in our area; so, we were not surprised at the end. We started our search during COVID and there were no open houses during that time. She would schedule 4-5 showings back-to-back for us and would come along with us weekends or weekdays. After a few weeks of listening to us, she told us that we need to look at homes that are built after 1985. This came as a surprise to us, but she was right! “Really great part of the Oakland zoo. It was the highlight of our visit. The grizzly bears were playing in the water by the glass then getting fed, a cougar was walking then Jumped in a tree, there was a fun small little playground with a slide and zip line. The kids loved the playground more than the animals.”
