“To each is own! I first came by to scope it out and get prices. I returned a week later with money and asked to get a six piece 10k bottom grill with fangs and that ran me with tax and all about $275 which to me was great! The asian guy was great told me it would take 3 business which wound up only being 2! Picked my grill up and boy was I not disappointed! Grill fit perfectly and snug! Had not one complaint from anybody who's seen my grill and honestly people were so amazed that it looked so good and were shocked to find out it was only 10k! To me it just as good as the 14k and 18k!”

“This place is a gem! It’s located in an area that desperately needed a local coffee shop/ hang out spot. 5 stars because it is dog friendly! There is a seating area in the back that’s adorable to spend some time in. The espresso is rich and smooth and the little pastries they offer are always baked perfectly! My partner enjoys the empanadas and I like the vegetable quiche. Finally, a veggie quiche that isn’t entirely composed of onions, tomatoes or mushrooms! I enjoy that it is walking distance since no other coffee shops or breakfast spots seem to be this close. Obviously, the prices are a little high for the area, but rent isn’t cheap either. I can say you do get quality for your money though. Before this coffee shop, it was a liquor store that got quite a bit of business, but we have about 4 convenience stores within walking distance from this place so it’s not missed.”

“Honestly, I only have good things to say about this company. I have been a tenant of HHP for almost two years and so far, my experience has been great. The on-site manager is very attentive, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. I leased my current apartment from Sonia, who was professional and helpful. As someone who had just moved to the Bay Area, I was very worried about being ripped off in such a wild rental market while looking for a decent place (and not a rathole), and I had come across quite a few dodgy agents before meeting with Sonia. But this was never the case with her or the company. I feel very lucky to have come across them. Through the whole leasing process, everyone has been honest and transparent.”

“Amazing dojo. This isn’t even a dojo, it’s a family and you can archived so much there. It helps with so much useful stuff. This does NOT teach you how to beat up a kid you don’t like, however, it DOES teach you how to defend yourself and keep yourself safe. Self Defense was my favorite activity, along with rolls and throws. They also teach hand grabs, and how to escape from a stranger or someone you don’t like grabbing your arms, hands or chest. It’s very good and I HIGHLY recommend it. There are no age limits, (obviously not babies, but kids above 4 are allowed to train, as long as they obey and understand/ comprehend basic rules) so weather you’re 10 or 100, you can train here. Free, but donations are appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!😄😋”

(As it should be. ) They value all our education, push us to do better, and offer out side of school help if you have any troubles at home. This school is unique and if you dont like regular High Schools. This would be the school for you. Acceptance into the school is very low. So, apply fast if you want to go to this school (or get on the waiting list).”

“Oakland Collision Center made getting (self-paid) repairs for my car after a collision extremely seamless and pleasant. Carlos Ortiz was incredibly efficient and professional: I emailed him pictures and he sent over a descriptive, comprehensive quote. He was honest and incredibly helpful, and when I asked if I could pick the partial repairs I wanted to save money, he was understanding and did not pressure me to get all the repairs done (unlike a different collision center I went to). I wanted to buy the parts myself (to save money), and he was reasonable in being willing to work with that and gave me the part numbers I needed. He answered all my questions with honesty, helpfulness, and respect. He also offered the best prices for labor I could find and discounts for paying out of pocket. Upon getting the repairs I needed, the repairs and paint job looked perfect, and the quote was accurate and he did not try to charge me more than what was signed. Furthermore, when it turned out a window applicator needed to be replaced after the job was done, he offered to do it for free (I only had to get the part). Great customer experience, 10/10 would recommend!”
