(October 23, 2017, 12:38 pm)One of the better Metro PCS stores. Staff have always been helpful. Quality of some accessories is quite low. Went through 5 auto power to USB adapters before we found one that did not fail in the first 30 seconds. After 2 they brought a box of them out to the car to save me going back and forth to get a different one. That is going out of your way to help a customer.

Went in to trade my phone and get some accessories, I'm assuming the manager a younger lady helping train another nice girl gave me a discount on a extra case and screen protector. I left so happy! Then today I had to go back in because just a day of having the screen protector on it cracked on a carpet and the young guy in there replaced it at no charge! This is hands down the nicest Metro around! Love them.
