He was very knowledgeable about cleaners to use on different surfaces, and advocates using pet-safe and natural cleaning products. He also provided me a spray bottle to test out on a tough stain on an area rug before cleaning it in the next appointment. I have booked another appointment with this company to clean and reseal tile grout, and to clean the area rug. I will always book future appointments with this company and happily spread the word. “I hired ACS to clean the carpets in my entire house of 7-8 rooms/areas plus hallways and stairs. Gary and Sam were responsive, prompt, very professional and friendly. Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didn't look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact. I highly recommend them and will use again.”
