“Ben (the bank manager) always goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met, Someone had recently stole our checks and Garvin also helped us and went above and beyond for us with that issue and assured us all would be ok on our end.My husband's paycheck got sent to the old account and Ben was able to find it and re-route it to the new account within the hour after a few calls. I'm just glad he was able to find it in their system, I was sure we would have to wait for a week, now that's customer service at it's finest! Ben and Garvin are the best!????????????
