“We recently re-roofed our house by Armstrong and I have to say it's a disappointment. The salesperson, Jorge De Quesada, came and gave us a quote and then "kindly" offered a discount of $500 but asked us to undertake the permit fee. He said, "it's going to be around $200." No, it wasn't. It cost $1,099.19 by the invoice. So basically I'm paying more for the service, not even to mention being lied to my face. Also, in the beginning, Jorge said the estimated start date was the final week of October. However, in reality, they started work on November 15th. And that's a "favor" to us since someone before us canceled the service. Otherwise, it would be early December. During the waiting, I called them multiple times to check on the progress, but none of them would be anything near helpful. They're pretty good at giving you different phone numbers with nobody to answer. Well, to be honest, the job looks not bad. But I could only beg it not to leak since I don't have any hope about the effectiveness of their customer service at all. -- Updates: The CEO of the company called to apologize and resolve all the issues. He promised on the work quality and agree to make improvements on the customer service. I must say he's very sincere from the phone and I do feel the gesture. Adjust the review to 4 stars since the work quality is pretty solid.”
