“Moon Valley and Alex Crocker?? AWESOME. I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? “Update: Dennis did reach out to me and reimbursed me for what his labor charge would have been. I updated this review to 4 stars as I think the communication could be improved. He is a 1 man shop and the quality of work and professionalism was great on the original installation. He no longer services my area. Had a water heater installed October 2019. It started leaking. Left 3 messages and still no response. Been without hot water for 4 days. Finally contacted another plumber that can service the unit under warranty.”

“Penguin Air saved my family from 21 days without Air Conditioning. During the hottest summer in Phoenix recorded history! We had a Home Warranty Company that strung us along for 21 days and we opted for a “cash out”. Penguin Air came to the rescue. They got us a beautiful Goodman AC unit and installed it in 18 hours! The Home Warranty people said it might take a month to get the equipment. Penguin Air also diagnosed that our original vent from when the house was built was an insufficient size. They installed a new vent, and we cannot hear the AC coming on or going off anymore. It is incredible…so quiet. I cannot say enough good things about Kathryn W., Jeff, Chantry Robinson and Ryan at Penguin Air.”

“After a camera inspection of my home’s drain lines, it was determined that the combination of cast iron and orangeburg pipe was expired as the pipe was 69 years old. Frequent main line back ups and slow drains everywhere in the house, it was time for replacement pipe. My main contact, Jonathan, put together a plan for a custom sewer line replacement for the entire home with the estimated completion time of a week. The crew was amazing, they were able to remove all of the old pipes in the wall without taking out too much of the drywall or masonry brick at the exterior of the home and most importantly not damaging any thing along the way. These gentlemen worked hard, most notably Daniel and Miguel. In one day they dug 3 4x4x4 holes and pulled the new pipe into place and had most of the plumbing reconnected and ready to use. They also installed 3 sanitary clean outs, so no more climbing the roof with a heavy auger to clear any drains. I was pleased that we were back up in running in less than a week and the only work left to do was mainly tidying up the loose ends. I am so happy to finally have drains that quickly move wastewater to the sewer for the first time since living in this home.”
