“Growing up we used to go to western warehouse in my home town! was looking to get a new pair of boots. I’ve been to the store a bunch of times. I’ve bought clothes. Bought boots for my son for myself. I know 5 AM. I know what I’m looking for. I didn’t have to deal with customer service today. I have heard people having bad experiences with boot barn because they tend to hire very young stuff who appear like they rather be left alone and not deal with people than to help. I was asked for help a few times but I knew what I was getting. I didn’t need any help. But every time I’ve been here. There’s always strange vibes from the cashiers. One time they didn’t believe us that we grabbed a pair of jeans from the 50% off rack if we buy another pair. Then they had to triple check that these were the right jeans because they didn’t feel like they were coded properly. However, the manager was awesome and honoring the pants that we purchased because they were located on the 50% off rack as long as we purchased another pair of pants. So the managers are cool. This time the cashiers. Just asked us if anybody helped us. I said no. The rest of the transaction was very quiet. Pay. And leave. And honestly, sometimes that’s nice. But I could see how this could bother some people as far as I know it wasn’t enough to stop me from coming back here. The next time I need a pair of boots.”

“I like this store. I have had good experience with management and the sales associates. I live in rural Tucson and this is my closest store. I am a reseller so I shop there often. If you go early and really take your time you can find treasures. I also drop off donations and have had great experience there. However I am deducting a star because I have also had bad experiences at donation. Today I tried to drop off a beautiful antique dresser with a mirror. Apparently they have a policy to not take dressers with detached mirrors. I had to go to the Irvington store and they were happy to have it.”

You can get $15 reward for clicking 2 buttons and updating your profile once a year. Even though their clothing prices are on the high side, you're definitely paying for quality and comfort. “The Staff is fantastic, very patient, and genuinely helpful. They'll recognize your "Level" and educate you properly. The store has just about everything you can think of that you'd use on a golf course from new and used clubs, bags, cigar holders, clothing, shoes, and anything else you might need. The whole facility has seen a nice facelift over the last year or so with improvements to the driving range especially. There's computerized monitoring with big screens that can analyze your swing, measure your distances, or let you play games (similar to Top Golf) while hit golf balls. There's also a very nice putting green with plenty of holes. All kinds of golfer services too. If they don't have it, it's probably because it doesn't exist.”
