“I chose Dr. Masters after seeing his ad. What caught my attention was that it noted he is a D.O. That got my vote! I had been feeling pain and oddness since a severe fall that I had experienced. Not only did Dr. Masters make me feel immediately better after the treatment but I continue to improve with each visit. Sadly I am returning to Monterey Bay and wish I could pack him up and take him with me. Make an appointment with Dr. Masters. You will positively benefit from it. Dr. Masters is enjoyable to talk with, he shares insights about your illnesses and what to do to better live with your ailments. I really like that he doesn't jump to writing prescriptions and having patients quick to swallow more pills. Kudos Dr. Masters because in my book you've outdone any other Osteopath that I have been to. The staff are absolutely joyful to share time with and are very compassionate. Definitely thumbs up!”

“I had extreme abdominal pain due to umbilical hernia. The pain was so excruciating and unbearable. When my husband pulled up to the entryway, I was vomiting uncontrollably. They got me in through a wheelchair. While we were signing up the pain was so bad I had to lay down on the floor of the waiting room. The whole time the front desk woman was being very patient and reassuring that they were getting a bed prepared. A nurse came to the waiting room to check my vitals and also to let me know that they were preparing a room as fast as they could. The room was clean and comfortable and everyone was so very kind. When you're in excruciating pain like that, there is nothing more calming then the kind staff. I was seen by the doctor and ordered pain medication and again, the doctor and everyone where so kind to me. I really was frightened and in so much pain. The kindness helped so much. They met all of my needs to the best of their ability and the doctor was able to push my hernia back in and that relieved all of my pain immediately. I am so very grateful for my experience, especially when things were feeling and looking as dire as they were. The doctor was very kind and the nurses too. It was a great experience.i do not with to have to go to the ER again, but after tonight I feel very confident if anything happens In the future.”

“Ladies at the front desk are very polite and understanding. They get patients checked in quickly and are efficient. They make the doctor visit less stressful. Only thing I would recommend is that they could inform patients how long the wait will be. I had to wait a little long before getting my vitals checked and then even longer before seeing the doctor.”

“I’ve gone to the Florence Hospital ER twice and have been really impressed with everyone that works there. Both times before I have finished checking in the nurse was already in the lobby to get me. I don’t know if I was just lucky getting in so fast, because at Banner Ironwood I would be waiting for over an hour. And I would be there for over 3 hours before I could go home. Where at the Florence Hospital I would be out in an hour. From front desk up to the Dr I was treated with respect and informed of everything they were doing. I highly recommend this hospital and live that it’s just down the road from me.”
