“I am the uncle of a deceased person whose mother asked me to be present for the autopsy and cremation. She had arranged through Miles Funeral Services Globe, AZ for her son's cremation. Miles Funeral Services is one of the seven J Warren Funeral Services mortuaries. J Warren Funeral Services Skyway Chapel of 15506 W Skyway Ln, Casa Grande, AZ is the central location where embalming and cremation are done. Once my credentials were established with his mother, I was told where to be for the autopsy. After the autopsy the communication was rough, but a day later I was able to follow the body to the crematory in Casa Grande. It is a beautiful facility. Very nice surroundings. Easy to access. Micah, who works out of the J Warren Funeral Service in Elroy was both professional and understanding when he picked up the body and left it at the Casa Grande location. I feel very fortunate that he helped as he did. He took the time to release my nephew's personal effects - making sure everything was properly documented. We were not sure when the cremation would be, so I went home and got the call the next week. It was scheduled for the afternoon. After the cremation, I had to stay the night in Casa Grande to pick up the cremated remains the next day. Throughout my week's involvement, everyone was helpful and respectful - Tammy at Globe, Micah out of Elroy, and Leon in Casa Grande. The communication might have worked better, but I understand that I was an unexpected player. J Warren Funeral Services is definitely a place I would use if I were in the area.”

My husband passed away 12/26/21 & I was referred to Superstition by Mountain View Funeral after dealing with a horrible situation with another mortuary in Apache Junction. Carol at Superstition is the most caring person I have ever met. She handled everything in a few days, kept me advised by phone calls & arranged to have a military service for Bob in the future. This all took place in less than a week. She was available for questions & never pressured us to do anything we didn't want or need.
