I placed an order for a furnace part with UPS ground shipping. I was under the impression that it would be at my home in 3 days. After 5 days I called to have the company track it as they did not send me a confirmation email as was stated on my Order Confirmation or a tracking number, but was only able to leave a message. I have not received a return phone call and still have not received my part. However, when I checked my credit card account, the company charged my card for the amount of purchase.
Update. I received a telephone call back from Rich with all the information I was missing. My part is in route and I'm feeling much better about my online purchase.
