This is the first time I've seen professionalism in a Green Valley, AZ facility. Visited 2 other physical therapy establishments in the area and they use unskilled therapists. Some of them use interns that cannot answer your questions. One other facility I used had all dirty gray pillows for patients to use.”

“Leslie and her team were fantastic! Her initial evaluation was very thorough and I appreciated her positive attitude. She works closely with her team and I felt I was getting the best care even though I didn’t see Leslie every appointment. Her assistants watched me during all the exercises to make sure I was doing them properly and helped me make adjustments when I wasn’t. The office staff was friendly and very helpful when I had an issue with my insurance. I really liked the atmosphere here and the good rapport among coworkers. “When the orthopedic surgeon told me I needed my left knee replaced, the second phone call I made was to Marana Physical Therapy. Having used MPT twice before, there was no doubt in my mind what group I was going to use for the rehabilitation. Jerry, Connie and the whole team are the best in the area. Always made to feel welcome and genuinely happy to see you, it makes the experience much more tolerable. After a short discussion and evaluation, a plan is put in place to maximize your time during each visit. At every step along the way, you’re kept informed as to what is being done and the reasons for that. With exercises that should be continued between visits, the staff will help you figure out a way to complete them at home … since most of us don’t have the exact furniture like they do at the PT office. Let’s be honest, Physical Therapy is tough, but it’s a very important part of the healing process. Having caring and concerned therapists, like the folks at MPT, helps a lot. They want you to succeed and get back to a normal movement and use of your body. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the personal touch provided by a very dedicated group of folks. “I've been treated for a lower back problem and now the shoulder. I love coming here because I know the staff care about the clients and encourage us to always do better. The exercises I was given for the lower back are still working over a year later. A SHOUT OUT to Leslie, who is an excellent therapist. Shoulder surgery was exactly 3 months ago and I'm finally not feeling any pain. The stretch techniques Leslie and Angela use are a bit painful but have helped the recovery. I couldn't recommend anywhere else to get better care. I lucked out when I first called Proactive and told them what I needed, they directed me right to Leslie, even though she was at a different location. If you are in need of physical therapy, this is a good place to be. Very professional yet a cheery place to visit!”

I received exceptional care from Kirstin, but have worked with Seth in the past, as well. This is a first rate outfit, and that is clear from the moment you step through the door. All questions answered, incredibly professional, no time wasted, and never handed off to “underlings in training.”I could tell Kirstin generally cared about my well being. My interactions with her and the front desk were warm and enjoyable. I was made aware up front that they did not take my form of insurance and was instructed on the process I could use for submitting a claim myself. The professionals I trust with my mental/emotional health for therapy don’t take insurance either. Interestingly enough, they are first rate outfits, too. I’m noticing a theme.”
