Joe was really professional and was able to explain in detail to me what the purpose of my shocks were. I now understand that there is fluid in them that can leak out with time. Gabe was really awesome too and got my appointment set so I was in and out in a jiffy. Love this place and love the people here. Highly recommend this shop.

Had priority items of the 60K mile service performed on my Subaru as I am breaking it into 3 evolutions. The manager was very helpful and explicit in explaining which services should be performed first.
The service was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost, saving me money over the dealer cost.
The manager did not try to upsell me any goods or services only mentioning the wear on my tires, which I already knew.
I am trusting that all paid for services were done to a high quality as having read over other reviews one never knows. I don’t get under the lid of my car to verify it or inspect.
At this point, I will return to have the other 60K mile checklist items done soon.
