The front desk staff were understanding when I had forgotten my wallet at home. The wait time was very short. The technician was kind, helpful, and explained the procedure clearly. I'd definitely refer my family/friends to this office.

Technician and front desk staff were great.
Scheduling could be a little better, but it wasn't bad.
Time I was told to arrive, verbally and via email, was 0730, but office doesn't actually open until 0745.
It worked out ok though since someone did call the day before to correct it. Glad I answered that particular call.
