“Based on reviews, I called them to verify that there was a real post office inside and what time they closed. I gave 4 stars because I was immediately placed on hold and I waited for over 6 minutes for them to get back to me. All the while, I was able to hear them speaking with other customers the whole time. Once I was picked up and asked if I was still there, I said that I was, no apology, I said that I had a quick question. I was driving 2 hours to drop off mail at the post office and I want to make sure it was a real post office and that they were open until 5pm like it states online. She said it was real and said they close at 4pm. So, my question could have been answered if they had asked first what I wanted. If they need to place me on hold because my question needed more time, they could have. We will see how the visit goes.”

“It’s funny how people are quick to choose to give a business a negative review after one bad experience. Most of the reviewers today, have stated doing business with the company for over 10 years and today is the first time they have rated the company with a single star because the store was closed. What about the good service you have received over the years? No one bothered to give 4 or 5 stars when it was appropriate and when the business was serving your needs well. I’m sure we all know that customers do read reviews at times and this paints a very bad picture on a small business who’ve had to navigate these past turbulent 3 years of Covid and have managed to keep their doors opened. Let’s be fair and not place an unnecessary burden on our community small businesses that are already struggling to keep their doors open and to continue to serve us the best they can. Let us continue to support them with our business and continue to pray for them and wish them well.”
