“If you’ve never been here you are truly missing out! Great little hideaway with wonderful food & drinks. The atmosphere is a cool “Jimmy Buffet Island vibe” with Tiki Bar decor! The food is OUTSTANDING! Drinks well made, pricing is a little higher than a dive bar. The drop in stars is due to the fact that I think (hope) they are trying to adapt to a larger crowd and so service is slow and sometimes not as good as it should be. All & all, GREAT little find! “We were referred to Palmers and Beyond by a friend and we are very happy with the work that we had done on our home! We completely remodeled our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundry room, and replaced flooring in those rooms, my husband's office, and our entry ways. Our contractor, Derrick King, is very knowledgeable and experienced and helped us come up with beautiful and functional designs for our remodel! The bulk of our project was completed in 4 weeks which was absolutely amazing! Jose is an absolute magician when it comes to drywall and paint, and Raphael and Israel did beautiful tile work in our showers, backsplash, and floors!! We are very happy with how everything turned out and with how quickly everything was done! Communication was great throughout the project and everyone was very courteous and respectful in our home! We would definitely recommend Palmers and Beyond for your remodel project, big or small!”

“We bought our RZR in 2018 and on the recommendation of a friend we contacted Justin to perform its first oil change and maintenance. Justin comes to your house, he is on time, his rates are really good and his work is even better. We have continued to use Justin every year for yearly maintenance and our RZR is always performing to notch with no issues. This year we had our first real issue with the primary clutch, he was able to help us locate a new on, get it installed and back up and running. If you have a SxS and need service or person to work on yours, Renegade and Justin is your best bet. Honest, on time, priced right and quality work.”

“This place was better than I expected! Their continental breakfast was good. Their beds were comfy and all in all for a three night stay while going to a class was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re not looking for anything fancy but yet want to stay in a nice place this is a good place. The only thing is the train that goes by at three in the morning but there’s really nothing that they can do to stop that.”

“While i didn't ultimately use the service, its a really well built operation. I called on a Sunday morning. They picked up on the second ring. The operator was clear on timing and estimated pricing. The plumber was on-site 2 hours later for a free estimate. He had all the tools, parts, and replacement water heaters already in the truck. Real professional outfit. Now i didn't need the emergency install so i ultimately passed to save a few hundred dollars. But had i needed it, the price was reasonable enough for sure.”

I was struggling to find a storage to assist me and frankly, went through a nightmare dealing with Prime storage that I couldn’t be any more grateful for her. She was so sweet and genuine. “Best fried chicken. Period. Perfectly crispy and juicy. Collard greens were amazing, tender, delicious. The mac and cheese was creamy with a tiny kick. They were like no other mac and cheese I’ve ever had. The ribs dry rub was light but gave its own particular flavor. Perfectly tender. The owner, Ken “Rags” greeted us before we walked in the door. The atmosphere and people were absolutely amazing. This is a BYOB establishment. People we never met offered us wine!! This is a new must go to and we’ll be back soon to try the rest of the menu!!”

“We had a large piece of glass delivered today to cover the top of our dining room table. An estimator came out about a week ago, took measurements, and made recommendations. Today, Curt delivered our glass table top right on schedule. It came out perfectly and looks beautiful. Price was quite reasonable. Curt was extremely meticulous, cleaned the glass surfaces very well, and then mounted the glass with six plastic dots underneath the edges. He REALLY cares about his customers, takes pride in his work, and is a totally personable guy, to say the least. He made lots of recommendations of how to protect and keep the glass looking great. National Glass really does everything glass such as windows and patio doors, but not cars. I really recommend them.”

“I recently took my golf cart in for service because it kept making a loud noise. I want to say Matt in service and parts was such a big help and super friendly. He was able to get my cart fixed and out on the road and I was able to get to playing golf. I recommend desert golf cars. Best golf cart place I have ever been to.”

“While all Orthodox churches are special, what makes this place particularly stand out is, through the grace of God, Father Christopher and Matushka Natalie. These are two of the most welcoming and kind people you will ever meet. Most importantly, they are prayerful people who love God. Father Christopher is a well-known and experienced priest I first met over a decade ago in Los Angeles. He is prayerful, kind, welcoming, and many faithful come to him for spiritual advice and confession. Matushka Natalie is one of the most generous people I have ever met. She always has a smile and a kind word for people and makes you feel included. When I first met her, I told her how much I liked her prayer rope, and she wanted to give it to me right then and there! She is a wonderful conversationalist--not in the worldly sense, even though she is a lot of fun and has a great sense of humor. Once, she was speaking with me, a friend, and my kids, in front of the church after the service. We talked about something, and while it was friendly and light hearted, it also had a lasting spiritual effect on us. They have been praying and working very hard to make this church a place of prayer and by so many other accounts, a community. There's events and it's very well organized. Come visit.”
