“JD saved the day!!! And our first trip!!! He came out on a service call to fix our leveling system as (we thought) it was malfunctioning. We are brand new to owning a class A RV, kept getting a fault code and had no idea why they weren't working properly. JD was THE nicest, most patient and extremely knowledgeable technician that I have ever encountered. He did quick work to troubleshoot the issue and took as much time as needed to walk through everything with me and also had me practice while he was still there to e sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. After he left we had additional questions on something unrelated to the leveling and he called us personally to help out...who does that!?!?!? JD even went out of his way to recommend a couple of easy maintenance items to help lengthen the life of the slider mechanism. “Alex is THE best. We recently had a water pipe break in my house and essentially had to remodel our entire kitchen. He was the only contractor we had that did not give us any issues. Alex came out and rerouted some electrical wires, and ran new ones from the panel. The job wasn’t the easiest, and the wires were a mess.
