“My 91 year old mom had a little accident with her car and ended up with a substantial leg wound. She was told AZ Home Care would be coming in to check her leg after she was discharged. She thought it would be a one time thing but it has been anything but. A nurse, physical therapist, and a occupational therapist began coming to make sure she regained her strength and stability. During the course of the time she has received care, everyone has been extremely caring and professional. While we had a very substitutes due to schedules, moms team consisted of Courtney, Tom, and Kelsey. Amazing! Tom and Kelsey have released mom from therapy but Courtney is still caring for her. She had been instrumental in Mom's recovery and we are full of gratitude for Courtney, Tom, and Kelsey. AZ Home Care is the best. Thank you”

“PCI provided the meds I required while receiving more than a month of home healthcare services from Arizona Home Care. The PCI pharmacists were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the medications sent to my home were “good thru” the date when I needed to infuse them (unlike another company that I previously used that sent me meds that would expire by the time I needed to administer them). Although there were a few bumps in the road while trying to coordinate preauthorization with my insurance company BEFORE PCI sent me the meds, we managed to work together to get it done (this is critical if, like me, your health insurance will not cover an expensive medication unless prior authorization is obtained). The pharmacists at PCI also did a fantastic job of coordinating care with my Mayo Clinic doctors and communicating effectively with my family when I had an allergic reaction to one of the medications prescribed, requiring readmission to the hospital. Therefore, I highly recommend PCI.”
