“The cleaning was very satisfactory however, I am not convinced they are a clean healthy dry cleaner that does NOT use PERK a chemical often used in dry cleaning. Even though I have asked when I go to the location whether they are indeed a clean dry cleaner, I do not come away with the sense as to whether the company uses PERK. Usually a dry cleaner who uses healthy practices makes it known in signage outside or inside the store.”

I filled out the form asking them to remove the labels added by that other cleaner, and I got three shirts back that looked brand new again. They always answered the phone (never got voice mails) and they were straight forward about the pricing. They gave me a good quote and they communicated multiple times between the time of quote and the time of cleaning to make sure everything was all set for the cleaning. They came out on time, measured the areas of cleaning, and gave us a quote that was even better than before.
