“Sandy Rice at Pioneer Title was an absolute professional. I chose to price/rate shop to save a few dollars with an out-of-state lender--which was my mistake. Instead of using their preferred Title Company, I chose to use a local company because I would rather invest in Phoenix than in California. Sandy had fantastic turn-around on her side of the transactions (usually same day even in a busy crunch time of closings). She was wonderful at clearly communicating what she was working on. In the end, she saved the day getting us to close. She had to duplicate efforts on several fronts due to lender errors, lender staff turnover, etc., but she remained cheery and positive through all the extra work. I doubt seriously all the work was worth the reasonable fees that were paid to Pioneer Title, but I'm grateful when you meet someone who does such a great job and remains pleasant through difficulty. I would absolutely recommend Sandy if you are buying or refinancing.”
