“I have to say that every time I come in, the staff is always so helpful and friendly! The computer system had a “glitch” during my return today…and I had 4 staff members going above and beyond to make it right. Two of them were managers (thank you, kimmy, and Kim!), and the other two associates (Lo, and Jade), were equally as stellar in their customer service skills. I left, due to their tenacity in making things right, a happy customer once again. This is the only location I visit due to the caring nature of the sales staff. I’m very lucky this location is easily accessible to me geographically. Thank you, again, ladies!!!! 😃👍👍”
