“I see some negative reviews here about how scheduling works and about the office staff. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bauer for 5 years & I’ve never had a single problem with scheduling. Even when I have needed to see him quickly, I have gotten a workable appointment. What I have experienced has been a professional and friendly staff, and an easy scheduling system. I usually just go online to book something. Furthermore, the Baylor Scott & White system includes an online portal which is very useful for routine questions and prescription requests/refills. I use it often and every time I do, I get a very quick response. I messaged just this week for a prescription and within 15 minutes, the nurse messaged back that it had been approved and sent to my pharmacy. You can’t get better service than that. There was a comment about frustration at not being able to talk about more than 2 issues at an office visit. This is not the Drs choice, this is dictated by insurance companies. This was starting to be the case several years ago, when I was with another Dr., under a different system. Thanks to insurance control of the health industry, rigid rules & policies force our doctors to adhere to how much time they can spend and how many issues can be addressed, or it won’t be covered. It’s a tall orders for doctors and they spend as much time doing paperwork for insurance as they do seeing patients. Lastly, a few patients commented that Dr. Bauer is not compassionate. I have never seen him be anything but caring and very ethical. He has helped me with several ongoing health issues and I have complete trust in his expertise. He’s friendly and very easy to discuss anything with. I’m very glad to have found such a good practice.”

“I visited and got treatment for my severe migraine that I have been suffering since 2008. Before seeking Dr. Ahn, I tried different treatment and I do not like it to keep taking pain reliever for my condition all the time. So when one of my friends recommended Dr. Ahn, I made a reservation right away and everyone was very accommodating on my schedule. Dr. Ahn is my kinda specialist that listens well and pay attention to your problems/pain. After an avaluation, Dr. Ahn explained how the treatment will be and the cost. I think his fee is very reasonable. I can't thank him enough for treating my severe migraine and gives me a big relief all day.”

“Dr Tarlow is simply amazing. He did my left partial knee replacement today, he did my right knee in Dec 2019. He is the only Dr to go to, trust me. He also has the best support staff. Everyone makes you feel so relaxed, no anxiety, kinda like you're part of their family. Even this being a "routine" procedure (I bet he can do this with his eyes closed), he and his staff go out of their way to make sure you are informed of what's going on at all times, and again really care for their patients. As a semi-older fellow, I've had enough fake caring in my time to tell the difference. I wish I had a 3rd knee, as I'd be scheduling that procedure already. Of course, do your homework, compare others, but you'll def have him on the top of your list and will not regret chosing him.”
